2025 Track and Field

Season DETAILS

This program is an excellent opportunity for young athletes, regardless of their sport, to enhance their athletic abilities. Participants will work on becoming faster, jumping higher, improving endurance, refining running technique, and most importantly, having lots of fun.


Practice schedule in March (focus on building strength and agility):

- Monday: 4:15pm - 5:45pm

- Saturday: 9:30am - 11am


Practice schedule in April through June:

- Monday: 4:15pm - 5:45pm

- Wednesday: 4:15pm - 5:45pm

- Saturday: 9:30am - 11am


We will utilize EMS and EHS track.


Following events will be offered this season:

- 100/200/400 Meter Dash

- 800/1500/3000 Meter Run

- 80/100 Meter Hurdles

- Long Jump

- Triple Jump

- Shot Put

- High Jump

- 4x100/4x400 Meter Relay


We will have uniforms available for the season. Please note that these uniforms will need to be purchased separately.


Registration for the program is now open and will close on February 17th.


Last day of the season is June 27th.
